Position title: IT Governance AnalystLocation: Houston, TexasLength: 4+ month The Governance Analyst will ensure all governance processes, decision rights, tools and reporting processes are set up appropriately with the virtual governance team during Transition. The Governance Analyst will also work with the Regional Infrastructure Managers to create processes to ensure overall service performance and quality. After go-live the Governance Analyst will be responsible for all day-to-day governance activities associated with the Infrastructure Outsouring service provider. Key Accountabilities: Cooridnate the development of the governance program with BG IT stakeholdersDrives the creation of governance processesAssists IBM in developing Service Level metrics on behalf of BGEnsures virtual governance teams understands their roles and responsibilitiesDirects IBM to establish governance reports on behalf of BGEnsures all Governance Transition milestones are met on timeEnforces Transition project deadlines and schedules for GovernanceDevelops Governance stakeholder communications during TransitionAssists with the development of the Relationship Scorecard during Transition Background needed: 12+ years in depth infrastructure ability in IT including background in Strategy and Operations.3+ years of background with the management of major outsourcing contractsBackground in people management, financial responsibility and business decision-makingDegree, applicable certification or equivalent background requiredDemonstrated background building and managing internal and external business relationships Knowledge needed: Cultural sensitivity Negotiating skills; change agent Collaborative work style; relationship focused Ability to interface and influence across Global IT Strategic focus Portray a professional image through approach and performance Good interpersonal and communication expertise (both written and oral)srinivasmaxiltechnology solutions
