Apartment Manager:

We are a professional property management company looking to fill a manager position. If you are a previous property manager that is looking for a challenge then we're looking to hire you.

REQUIREMENTS:
*You MUST have property management experience!
(I.E. property manager, assistant property manager, leasing consultant)
*Bilingual - English and Spanish is a must as we want to ensure proper communication can be had with residents
*You must be a hard-worker. These properties are not easy properties and if you are looking for a position that doesn't require much attention to detail these are not for you.

As a property manager you'll be doing some of the following:
*Providing reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
*Tracking all traffic to better your marketing
*Tenant complaints
*Scheduling any/all vendor work
*Monitoring staff
*Delegating tasks

SPECIFICATIONS:
*I do really need to know if you're bilingual so please include it in your resume and/or cover letter
*Putting an address or city of your CURRENT residency helps us place our managers at locations that are better suited for them
*Please state your desired or previous salary

We need a take charge manager to come in, do what needs to be done and improve the property as much as possible with the tools provided.
