Description:
The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for supporting the sales function by accepting orders, up-selling, and assisting customers with a broad range of information needed to fulfill order requirements and resolve issues. Position available immediately. Position is extremely flexible with hours - need to fill the hours of 8am-8pm in 4-hour increments. Applicants can chose part time hours working 4-hour blocks (8-12, 12-4, 4-8) or full time (combining two consecutive blocks). Compensation is based on experience.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in customer service
- Proficient in word processing
- Experience in shipping
- E-Commerce experience
- Ability to work with databases
- Organizational skills
- Assist customer with information for placing orders as required
- Communicate information to the customer regarding products, pricing, anticipated ship date, delivery dates and other requested information
- Follow up on all customer requests in a timely manner
- Ability to multi-task, recognizes urgency, prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Perform product exchanges and returns
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team environment
Extras:
- Experience with Volusion web application
- Basic knowledge of the game of golf
- Strong interpersonal skills including excellent time management, listening and people skills.
