Executive Assistant to the Executive Office
Redwood Shores, CA Oracle Corporation is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to support the Executive Office. The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree and a willingness to provide superior administrative support to Oracle's top executives. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, making travel arrangements and managing the executive’s calendar; screening calls and taking messages; arranging internal/external meetings; preparing and managing the executive’s expense reports; handling of confidential information; maintaining office organization; working with other administrative personnel; and other duties as may be needed. This position is located at Oracle’s Worldwide Corporate Headquarters in Redwood Shores, California. Preferred Qualifications: • 2-5 years of engineering experience. • Degree in Mechanical, Civil or Electrical Engineering • Proficient in desktop applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email messaging tools, etc. • Ability to work in a dynamic and busy office. • Demonstrated strong organizational skills. • Proactive and resourceful. • Self-motivated.
