Looking for Active Producing Loan Officers to Join our 40 State Mortgage Banker Lending Platform Position Profile: As an Licensed Virtual Loan Officer, you will be focused on developing new business in any of our Licensed States, as well as retaining and developing business with your existing customers. Products and Programs: Residential and Commercial Loans Conventional, FHA/VA, USDA, Foreign National, Jumbo, Super Jumbo, 203K and Commercial • Active Loan Originator license required • Work remotely from your home office • Multiple streams of unlimited income opportunities • Ability to build and manage your own Team • Encompass web based LO software • 40 state lending territory available on hire date • 2% Lender paid and up to 4% borrower paid comp plan • W2 on the 15th and 30th • 1099 to Corporation or LLC for marketing expenses • Looking for producers ONLY!!!
