Full Time/Part Time Litigation in House Counsel (Atlanta, Georgia)

An out-of-state, limited liability corporation( In Ohio) is seeking an attorney licensed to practice in Georgia, and in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, to serve as local counsel. The corporation's in-house counsel will be admitted pro hac vice and will appear as lead counsel.
As local counsel, the attorney would be responsible largely for reviewing and filing pleadings, for communicating and scheduling with opposing counsel, and for accepting service of notices and pleadings. The attorney might occasionally have to cover hearings.
This position would be ideal for a recent licensee looking for clients and experience, as well as for any established small to medium-sized firm looking to add an account with a minimal commitment of time. The corporation's legal staff will be responsible for the bulk of any research and writing, and will assist local counsel with preparing for any hearings that in-house counsel cannot cover.

Also to be employed as a part/ full time in house counsel in Norcross, GA office is also possible . Presently there are three full time and one off counsel taking care of various litigations in Atlanta, GA and Dayton Ohio. The compensation depends on the position employed
Options:
1. Just local counsel-
2.Part Time in house counsel:- To take care of at least 5 ongoing cases/ appeals and any other new cases, being a local counsel, and candidates are allowed to take care of any outside cases
3.Full time In House counsel:- Allowed " only" to represent the group corporation, and its officer's cases
4.Local counsel & work on contingency fee agreement
