The average pay first year:
50k-70k as Entry Level.
80k-100k as a Mid-Manager
100k-250k as a General Manager.

- 2 week product and presentation training to help you with the basics to get average results.
- 18 weeks of additional advanced training that help you get above average results year round.
- 2 office days a week to conduct strategy meetings, discuss your performance and create goals and game plans for the upcoming week.
- 4 day corporate leadership development school training when you achieve each level of leadership.
