Our firm is on the lookout for an experienced individual to support the needs of our Marketing Department. In addition to the duties and competencies listed below, the Marketing Coordinator is expected to develop and maintain a wide range of relationships with community members and individuals in each of our firm’s three offices; always acting in a professional manner, viewing change and challenges as opportunities for growth and progress. Specific responsibilities will include:
Research and coordinate the firm’s presence at exhibitions and events
Coordinate and facilitate special events such as seminars, trade shows, networking events, and speaking opportunities
Ability to develop and design presentation materials
Create print advertisements
Conduct internal marketing training
Coordinate with vendors (promotional materials, etc.)
Maintain/develop proposal responses
Assist with recruiting, as needed
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, written and oral communication skills
Ability to complete a wide variety of tasks in a timely fashion
Degree required – Event planning, marketing, communications
1 – 2 years of experience planning corporate/business events preferred
40% travel required
Position will be located from our firm’s Gainesville office
