A well respected Houston based Association Management Company is seeking an On Site Community Manager. This salary position includes Benefits and opportunity for advancement.

Basic Job Duties :
This is a very detail oriented position that requires a great deal of organization. This position works directly with the Board of Directors of the homeowners' association to assure that all projects and aspects of community management are accomplished. Strong customer service skills are necessary. The job is very fast paced and must be performed accurately. The ideal candidate for this position will have customer service experience with an emphasis on conflict resolution and routine procedures.

This candidate must possess reliable transportation, a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.

This position requires evening meetings, public speaking, diplomacy, project management skills, some knowledge of budgeting and finance processes, exceptional communication skills, both written and oral as well as time management. A majority of the time will be spent at the on site office but there will be occasional off site meetings.

GENERAL
* Maintains customer relationship by responding to inquiries; documenting actions, resolving customers concerns, etc.
* Responds to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying customer's understanding of information and answer.
* Records customer inquiries by documenting inquiry and response in customers' accounts.
* Improves quality service by recommending improved processes; identifying new product and service applications.
* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
* Accomplishes customer service and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Skills/Qualifications :
Product Knowledge, Data Entry Skills, Organization, Analyzing Information, Verbal Communication, Reporting Skills, Managing Processes, Customer Focus, General Consulting Skills, Multi-tasking and attention to detail.

Must be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office software.

Professional Requirements:
College Degreed from an accredited university and credentialed through CAI.
