Description Acting in the role of Project Lead and/or individual contributor on moderate to complex projects, this position is responsible for the following:
* Analyze moderately complex processes to support operational business areas by conducting impact analysis and interpreting system documentation.
* Utilize Project Management Techniques as the project lead on medium to large-sized projects.
* Communicates effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior staff members.
* Coach, consult and mentor team members on moderate to complex business/systems processes.
* This position is required to comply with all Highmark Corporate Policies and ISG Procedures and Standards.
* Promote a culture of performance excellence departmentally, throughout HRAS and Corporately by:
* enhancing job skills through quality process improvement and tools training / certification
* participating in process and operational improvement initiatives
* building and maintaining effective relationships throughout organization to advance Performance Excellence
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (these are required minimum qualifications for all incumbents)
Education/ Work Experience (indicate number of years and type(s) of experience)*:
* A High School Diploma or GED
* Four (4) years experience in the analysis of business processes and interfaces exploiting technology to achieve business solutions to include one or more of the following:
o Interpreting system documentation
o Data modeling and/or business process modeling
o Dataflow/context diagramming
* Four (4) years experience project management activities to include:
o Four (4) years experience utilizing PC with standard applications, report writers and/or query tools, Project Lifecycle methodology for gathering requirements, developing test scenarios and cases.
o Three (3) year of experience in presenting to groups, developing training documentation and/or providing training and creating process/technical documentation.

* Expereince with multi-dimensional databases and Star Schema
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (these are additional, specific qualifications that are preferred for incumbents)

* Two (2) years experience in a project leadership role
* Six (6) years experience in the analysis of business processes and interfaces exploiting technology to achieve business solutions to include one or more of the following:

* Four (4) years experience project management activities to include:
