Job Description: VoIP Technical Specialist (Customer Service) Scottsdale, Az $12.00 pr/hr to start plus benefits Description Tired of contract work? Requirements Qualified candidates must possess experience and/or knowledge in the following areas: * An extensive history of providing "Amazing Service" to customers * Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly and communicate them to our customers * Excellent verbal and written skills * Ability to consistently meet and exceed key performance indicators * Accountability and responsibility * Proactive problem solving * Excellent track record working in a fast paced environment * Ability to keep cool and collected when dealing with critical issues * Ability to learn and be proficient in several customer facing applications * Self-motivation * High sense of urgency * Excellent attention to detail * Professionalism, politeness and friendliness * Likes creating a fun environment and can be a little quirky * Prior experience working at a help desk or in a customer service/tech support call center * Prior experience working with large communications platforms such as BroadSoft or similar technology is preferred. * Schedule flexibility (our hours of operation are currently 6am-6pm Monday -- Friday, 9am-1pm Saturday, but will expand as the business continues to grow) Contact (click to respond) if interested
